Nice to meet you

ABOUT ME

A Lifelong Thread: From Creativity to the Subconscious

My path into hypnotherapy, graphology, and somatic subconscious repatterning wasn’t a pivot ~ it was a homecoming. A lifelong stitching together of art, energy, memory, and the unseen forces that shape who we are.

Through handwriting analysis (graphology), I became captivated by the smallest of details: how a pause in a stroke could reveal emotional hesitation. Just like fashion, handwriting is a form of identity but unconscious, raw and revealing.

Alongside this, I immersed myself in Qigong, an ancient energetic and somatic practice. Through breath, movement, and internal sensing, I experienced firsthand what no textbook could teach: The body knows how to recalibrate.

Qigong revealed what trauma specialists and neuroscience confirm that personal change doesn’t come through force, but through presence, safety, and reconnection. That emotions live not β€œin our head,” but in our tissues, fascia, breath, and bones ~ and they can be resolved and integrated.

This is not just about technique. It’s about listening to the body when words fall short, and honoring the nervous system as both messenger and guide. Your nervous system is communicating. And together, we can listen, rewire, and return to the power within.

Each role I undertake serves as a brushstroke on the canvas of existence, contributing to the vibrant mosaic of human experience.

The Unspoken Script Beneath the Surfaceβ„’

Where Beauty Meets Psychology, and Art Becomes Transformationβ„’

I’ve always worked with what remains unspoken.

I refined my craft in France as a fashion designer, immersed in a culture where beauty is both language and legacy. In those formative years, I navigated the intertwined worlds of fashion design industries defined by aesthetics, yet propelled by emotion. For over 15 years, I translated intangible feeling into color, texture, and silhouette. I sculpted emotion into form. Beneath every garment and every bloom lived a deeper narrative: identity, longing, metamorphosis.

I didn’t realize it then, but I was already interpreting the subconscious.

Eventually, life drew me toward the opposite edge of the spectrum ~funeral services~ I spent nearly two decades standing with families in moments of profound loss. There, I encountered silence of a different nature ~ grief that never found language, emotion etched into posture, pain tucked into breath.

I came to understand that death is not merely an end, it is a mirror. One that reflects urgency, meaning, and an essential question: How much of your life have you truly inhabited?

These two realms ~ aesthetic beauty and existential finality ~ shaped everything that came next.

Range of Therapeutic Services

Hypnotherapy may serve as a bridge between mind and body, drawing on the science of neuroplasticity and the philosophy of inner transformation. It invites the conscious and unconscious to work in harmony, fostering restoration, resilience, and renewal. Each journey is unique, unfolding in rhythm with one’s readiness, biology, and lived experience.

"The river of the unconscious does not rush, nor does it resist.

It carries us where we are ready to go, revealing clarity not by force, but through surrender." ~Mariamawit

"The mask is for the world; the hand is for the self. In handwriting, the subconscious leaves its trace unguarded, unmasked, indifferent to pretense. Each stroke is a reminder, as the Stoics taught, that truth lies not in appearances but in essence. To read the script of the self is to encounter what cannot be hidden: the quiet strength, the unspoken fears, the shape of one’s becoming. And as the owl teaches, it is in stillness and in shadow that these traces are most visible, waiting for the patient eye to recognize what was always there." ~Mariamawit
